ENOUGH already!

So, a while back I had decided that I would be producing work and posting it on the blog more regularly. And then I didnt. And then I went to England and France for a week. And then I was exhausted. And THEN I decided I really wanted to do a quick painting of a nifty street in Oxford.

Just a quick one.

That was two weeks ago and I have been working on this almost every day. Needless to say it went beyond the "quick sketch" about 2 minutes in. It was a lot of fun, and if you look closely you might be able to spot me and my BFF Sean, who is studying at Oxford right now because he is a ridiculously brilliant Rhodes Scholar.

England and France were fantastic and I did do some sketching while I was there, so maybe I will post some of those in the near future. This next week will be hectic ( Comic Con, anyone?) but I might be able to put a few more things up before Im off again.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Sorry every body; the photos are too painful..
Yet you should see and protest.. I know that the killer hands are Iraqi but the instructions are coming from out side.. am I right? Some times I feel helpless.. I could not think.. the photos belong to:
Husam Fawzi Saisal Al-Janabi 30 years), Abbas Fadhil Mohammed Al-Janabi (23) and Latif Ahmed Mohammed Al-Janabi (26) years. The three were Sunnis; kidnapped by Mahdy militia from Al-Mansour area in Baghdad days ago.. the body were foundd in Baghdad morgue. The family paid $4000 to take their dead bodies. The kidnapper stole their BMW (1996) car.
Any body could SHOUT with me: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Let’s wait and see what Bush’s MAN in Iraq will do?

Enough Said

My daughters and I attended the last Sky Sox home game of the year last Sunday afternoon at Security Service Field. A great day highlighted by the return to the ballpark of Sox executive Rai Henniger who was injured in a fireworks accident in May.
