Facebook like box on blog and joomla

Facebook is a social media that is very familiar and famous that until now to be a number one site rank by alexa. In order increase the traffic of your blog or website, we could not refuse about this one social media. For that facebook also wants to make a relationship with us as the owner of a blog or website by offering one of the plugin from by facebook developer such a facebook like box.
To insert facebook like box into the blog or website, we need to create an account of facebook like box at first, after that we shall go to the facebook like box plugin depelover and get the script code in that. Ok lets get started.
1. Create facebook like box account that will connect to our blog our website. Click here to sign up and get facebook like box account of yours. It looks like the picture below!

On Create a Page option select one of them according the type of blog or website. You can choose another option here, it doesnt have to follow what I choose in this step, maybe you want to choose Brand or Product. this is just description about the page that you will create, the general step of the process in making account of the facebook like box .

In this case I choose Cause or Community, then you enter the description of your account and the address of your blog or website to be associated. upload the logo of your facebook like box account. On add to favorites window just click next, then skip on reach more people (you can setup later). In this step you already have a facebook like box account, then can you manage yourself like a facebook account as usual.
2. Adjust the display of facebook like box and take the script code from there so that can be displayed on the blog or website.
For that you can click here or you type on the browser https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/ to enter facebook like box plugin developer, will appear as shown below.

By default the url of the like box shown like this https://www.facebook.com/FacebookDevelopers, Changes FacebookDevelopers by the id of your accounts like box. For example From the browser when i open my page of like box on facebook, the url shown like this https://www.facebook.com/pages/Agratitudesign/451131721572773?ref=hl. 451131721572773 is my id like box. Then adjust the size, color, border and facebook like box display attributes else that match to the template of yours. If you want to follow my settings, please! If you are finished press on Get Code button. You will be given javascript and plugins script code.

Any notice here :
Javascript is the common script code. Place this code just below the opening body tag on your template script. If you are using a blog, parse this code at first. If you are using joomla as your website system, it does not need to be parsed code, just place directly below the opening body tag of index.php. While the plugin is the script code that you can place it in a particular position on your template.
You can parse the code to this site !

Easing Into 2013 Like a Hippo Into a Pool of Jelly
Easing Into 2013 Like a Hippo Into a Pool of Jelly
"You can see my front door from here!" I squealed.
Lydia and Lowri peered into the distance.
"And you can see your flat too, Lowri!"
We were standing on a terraced bit at the top of Lydias new block of flats, even though the many, many signs all told us very clearly that it was "Private Property" and most definitely "Not A Communal Area".
"Oh yes!" said Lowri. "There are the little white lines around its windows."
She squinted affectionately at the red brick monolith for a moment. "Look at its little eyebrows" she added.
Lydia took a thoughtful drag of her cigarette.
"We definitely have to do the yoghurt pots thing. We could easily get string between our three flats. Easily."
We had been drinking coffee at Lydias and had come out to scout the location for a filmette* were making for our next Eggs Collective outing to Mothers Ruin Theatrical Spectacular in February. This, we quickly decided, would be perfect, although from a slightly different position you would get B&M Bargains and Moss Side Leisure Centre in the background, which was unanimously agreed to be a good thing.
*definitely not a word
It was bloody freezing up there, though, so we didnt stay long. As we made our way back down the spiral stairs to Lydias flat we mused on the really important aspect of the performance: what to wear.
*****************************************
I came to a sad but definite conclusion this week: I should not be a Zumba teacher. This has little to do with my general lack of co-ordination/fitness/pep and a lot to do with my unfortunate tendency to go startlingly pink-faced at the merest whiff of cardiovascular activity. Every aerobics lesson I have ill-advisedly stumbled into has contained a bouncy, lycra-ridden instructor wearing some kind of bright pink endeavour. When I wore a bright pink top to a Zumba class last week I very quickly began to lose any t-shirt/face distinction. After a quick scan of the room I swiftly realized I was the only one suffering quite so dramatically from this affliction, even though Lydia was going through her own torment after receiving the wrong answer to the question "do you think therell be a fag break?".
Its a shame in a way, because I think I would enjoy being a Zumba teacher. As a Zumba teacher you can make whole rooms full of people do absolutely anything you like, including something called "The Rocking Horse" and some very dubious pelvic thrusting to MC Hammers Hammer Time.
I loved Zumba. Unlike normal aerobics where there is some kind of sadistic insistence on "getting it right", in Zumba you can just leap about and do what you want, as long as you dont get in the way of other leapers too much.
We are going again this week. I might wear a different coloured top.
****************************************
Ben is going to Australia in a few weeks, touring festivals for two months with his show. Two months!
Two months.
I have a lot to do, and have made lots of plans. I am sort of excited to live on my own in my exciting city, close to friends, with loads of exciting performance and writing stuff in the pipeline. I am picturing myself as a sort of North-of-England, all-singing all-writing Carrie Bradshaw, only hopefully not as much of an unremitting dick.
Im excited for Ben. Im excited for me. But Im also sad for us both, because we like each other lots and I really sense that he thrives on having someone to cook dinner for.
******************************************
I havent been blogging because I have felt weird about it. I have been trying to be all Business about it and think of this blog as a Promotional Tool but when I try to write about career stuff here I feel like a massive tool myself, so I think Ill save that stuff for my website (HERE IS MY WEBSITE) and write on here about things that wander through my brain, aimless and bemused as a cow in Primark.
*******************************************
Oh, yeah, and happy new year. May 2013 be your year, you bloody gorgeous winner, you.

Expansion of Early Islamic Empire Reading Like a Historian
The Stanford History Education Group (SHEG) has an excellent lesson on the spread of the early Islamic empire with primary documents. You can see the documents below but you should go to the SHEG site to download the teacher material.
If you have never used Stanfords resources, you should definitely check them out. Their documents are terrific and always include good scaffolding instructions.
For this lesson, students consider how the Islamic Empire spread.

Facebook Check if user clicked Like page button just liked the Facebook page
Facebook Check if user clicked Like page button just liked the Facebook page
Very often Facebook applications have "Fangate" page, meaning that if user hasnt liked the page and if he opened application - he can see application page with text something like "Please like our Facebook page before using the app" and cant use the application until he is not page fan.
Our clients as usual ask us to track how many users liked the page from the application.
Signed request contains an information about if user like a page:
$facebook = new Facebook(array(
appId => $app_id,
secret => $app_secret,
cookie => true
));
$signed_request = $facebook->getSignedRequest();
$like_status = $signed_request["page"]["liked"];
So, the challenge is to catch the moment when user clicks like button.
The simples way is to store like status to the session. But it doesnt work in Safari, for iframe Facebook applications Safari doesnt accept cookies and user session is lost.
Nowadays most of polar browsers support local storage. So we can use it to store like status information. Example of source code is pretty simple.
This code example should be in template that is rendered if user is a fan of Facebook page:
<script type="text/javascript">
if (localStorage in window && window[localStorage] !== null) {
if (localStorage.getItem(liked_state) == 0) {
// weve go it: user just clicked like button
}
localStorage.setItem(liked_state, 1);
}
</script>
Pretty simple, isnt it?

Enugu First Lady accuses Governor Chime of treating her like a slave
Enugu First Lady accuses Governor Chime of treating her like a slave

The First Lady of Enugu State, Clara Chime has cried out to human rights bodies to save her from the brutal hands of Governor Sullivan Chime, whom she has accused of treating her like a slave.The First Lady in an emotion-laden letter obtained by SaharaReporters disclosed that since she got married to the governor, sometime in October 2008, she had never enjoyed her marriage and has been denied of her matrimonial rights.She claimed that since she moved into Chimes house, they have never slept on the same bed.
Clara in the letter also alleged that she has been introduced to two psychiatrists whom she identified as Dr. Onwukwe and Dr. Agumo, and they prescribed
all kinds of drugs that end up keeping me acute depressed and also drives me into hallucinations."The mother of one also complained that she no longer have access to the real world and all that makes her happy, because of the side effects of the drugs she is taking, adding that she has been put under house arrest for committing no crime.
According to her, efforts made by President Goodluck Jonathan, the First Lady, Patience and the Catholic Bishop of Enugu state, Callistus Onaga to resolve the matter were futile.
My father is late, my Mum and few of my siblings are confused and have done all kinds of prayers they know of. 3 of my siblings prefer me dead than to see me leave the Government House. He treats my Mum and my siblings bad, she claimed.A visibly depressed Clara further alleged that Governor Chime has ordered her to leave the Government House with her four-year-old son whom she conceived before their marriage.She further disclosed that the governor, later threatened to disown his own son, should she leave with him.
He has told everyone he can reach that there is no marriage between us and that I can leave if I wish to, but whenever I plan to leave, he instructs them to lock me in. I have told him through SMS that I will leave my son behind, but still, he has instructed his securities to lock me inside the house.He does not take care of me personally. The government gives me allowance to run the house and thats where I save little from to take care of myself, my Mum and few of my siblings, she said in the letter.
He shut me out of his life years ago; I dont have access to his apartment. The problem is enormous; I dont know where to start to explain from.Police and SS men have been instructed by Barr. Sullivan Chime to confine me in a place for a long time now against my wish [but] it is my wish to leave these premises, she said, begging, Please assist me to reach to the human rights and say to them to please come hastily and release me, she lamented.A competent source at the Government House has further disclosed that, the problem could be dated back to September 2011 when the governor allegedly impregnated his sister-in-law, Ebere Igwe, Claras younger sister.The executive romance between Chime and his sister-in-law reportedly produced a baby boy.The source said that the affair between Governor Chime and Ebere, started shortly after he married Clara in October 2008.The made in heaven traditional marriage between Chime and Clara held at Isuochi, Claras home town after the former divorced his first wife from Ogakwu family in Udi town, his country home, an allegation the state government has refuted.
